{"id":1239,"date":"2016-09-02T15:05:09","date_gmt":"2016-09-02T18:05:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ksatek.com.br\/admin\/?p=1239"},"modified":"2016-09-13T09:59:59","modified_gmt":"2016-09-13T12:59:59","slug":"proposta-16080101","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ksatek.com.br\/admin\/proposta-16080101\/","title":{"rendered":"Proposta 16080101"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Proposta de produtos e servi\u00e7os de infraestrutura de rede, circuito interno de TV e entretenimento digital para <a href=\"http:\/\/ksatek.com.br\/admin\/eduardo-ramos\/\">Eduardo Ramos<\/a>.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Objeto<\/h1>\n<p>Esta proposta comercial endere\u00e7a o <strong>Projeto Eduardo Ramos<\/strong> de fornecimento de produtos e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de infraestrutura de rede, circuito interno de TV e entretenimento digital para a resid\u00eancia de Eduardo Ramos.<br \/>\nOs produtos e servi\u00e7os que comp\u00f5e o objeto desta proposta contemplam o atendimento dos seguintes requisitos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"rinfra\"><strong><a href=\"#pinfra\">Infraestrutura de rede<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 disponibilizada uma infraestrutura de rede cabeada e sem fio (WiFi) para <strong>cobertura de toda a resid\u00eancia<\/strong>.<br \/>\nHaver\u00e1 pontos de rede cabeada para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sala de estar (4);<\/li>\n<li>Quarto 1 (1); e<\/li>\n<li>Quarto 2 (1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta infraestrutura de rede ser\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de alta qualidade, performance e robustez com <strong>cobertura completa de todas as demandas de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de internet residencial<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>compat\u00edvel com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Smart TVs, Blurays, players de m\u00eddia (AppleTV, Roku, Chromecast) <strong>de resolu\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 4k<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>monitor\u00e1vel externamente<\/strong> e os servi\u00e7os de monitora\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o fornecidos por 3 meses contados a partir do aceite do projeto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li id=\"rcam\"><strong><a href=\"#pcam\">C\u00e2meras<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 disponibilizada uma infraestrutura de 3 c\u00e2meras IP com fio para cobertura da resid\u00eancia.<br \/>\nEstas c\u00e2meras ser\u00e3o selecionadas a partir de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e2meras de propriedade do cliente (Cisco WVC80N); e\/ou<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2meras a serem adquiridas especificamente para o projeto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li id=\"rmedia\"><strong><a href=\"#pmedia\">Servidor de m\u00eddia e backup<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 instalado e configurado servi\u00e7o de m\u00eddia digital e de <em>backup<\/em> com base em componentes existentes na instala\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente, a saber:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HD Mycloud e HD de Bkp; e<\/li>\n<li>WD TV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li id=\"rhtib\"><strong><a href=\"#phtib\">Home theater in a box<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 instalado e configurado equipamento de <em>home theater in a box<\/em> surround 5.1 com suporte a CDs, DVDs, BluRay, fun\u00e7\u00f5es Smart como YouTube e NetFlix e conex\u00e3o de HD externo. As caixas de som surround ser\u00e3o instaladas em suportes a partir do teto de forma a permitir angula\u00e7\u00e3o ideal para o espectador.<\/p>\n<li id=\"rauto\"><strong><a href=\"#pauto\">Automa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 disponibilizada uma central de automa\u00e7\u00e3o que possibilitar\u00e1 que, a partir de um \u00fanico controle remoto, sejam acionadas as fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos aparelhos como TV, som e climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nEste controle integrado ser\u00e1 realizado atrav\u00e9s de um app a ser instalado nos <em>smartphones<\/em> e <em>tablets<\/em> da fam\u00edlia.<br \/>\nEste app ser\u00e1 configurado de forma a controlar os seguintes recursos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home Theater (Smart TV, TV a cabo, <em>media player<\/em>, <em>receiver<\/em> e bluray);<\/li>\n<li>Climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o (Split); e<\/li>\n<li>Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li id=\"rilum\"><strong><a href=\"#pilum\">Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e3o instalados 3 controles de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o sem fio que permitir\u00e3o acionamento de at\u00e9 6 se\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas da sala. O acionamento ter\u00e1 as seguintes fun\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acionamento (ligar e desligar); e<\/li>\n<li>Dimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li id=\"rcons\"><strong><a href=\"#pcons\">Consultoria<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 fornecida consultoria para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de tecnologia e entretenimento. Esta consultoria ser\u00e1 prestada atrav\u00e9s de at\u00e9 3 sess\u00f5es de 2 horas com cada um dos 4 membros da fam\u00edlia em um total de 24 horas a serem utilizadas tanto antes da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o quanto ap\u00f3s a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o para fins de configura\u00e7\u00e3o e melhor utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos.<\/p>\n<li id=\"rmanu\"><strong><a href=\"#pmanu\">Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 realizada manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em alguns equipamentos de propriedade da fam\u00edlia. Esta manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada, a princ\u00edpio em:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Notebook Dell que apresenta desligamento por super aquecimento;<\/li>\n<li>Impressora multifuncional (a ser adquirida e instalada); As atividades t\u00e9cnicas do projeto ser\u00e3o realizadas em hor\u00e1rio comercial.<\/p>\n<h1>Premissas para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto<\/h1>\n<p>Esta proposta de servi\u00e7os foi baseada nas seguintes premissas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o dos cabos necess\u00e1rios para a interconex\u00e3o dos equipamentos correr\u00e1 por conta do cliente.
